Tony Coleman, Retail Designer and Store Development Expert, is a respected leader in brand evolution and world-class retail design. Tony’s specialty is helping to guide the development process, bringing to life a profitable and long-lasting differentiation for companies through brand and design, both 2D and 3D.

Tony’s forty-five-year track record represents an ideal blend of senior design management and brand consulting. Under his leadership, national brands including Panera Bread Company, The GAP, Ann Taylor, Talbots, Coffee Connection, Stride Rite, Barnes and Noble, Fidelity Investments, Starbucks and other startup ventures have enjoyed unparalleled success.

The highlight of Tony’s career was 14 years at Panera Bread, where he was one of the founding creators with work ranging from brand ideation, prototyping, value engineering, vendor relations, construction administration and test store evaluation. For his work at Panera Bread he received the highest award from the Panera Board of Directors, “The Directors Mother Bread Award”.

Tony had a vision for Good Chemistry’s new retail space in Aurora and he worked tirelessly to make that vision come to life. Tony wanted to create a world of cannabis in the same way that Apple has created a world of electronics. His design showcases the quality of our product, which is what Good Chemistry stands on. Tony’s design elevated Good Chemistry Aurora to a different level of retail dispensaries, making our store one of a kind. His work in the Aurora location has set the precedent for any additional Good Chemistry retail stores, and his dream is to see each of our future locations have varying experiences to make Good Chemistry feel original and creative, not like a chain store. He was a pleasure to work with and we look forward to what he has in store for any future Good Chemistry retail locations. Matt Huron
